Royal Life Saving Queensland provide course participants a branded Lycra Rash Shirt when you complete a course with us.

These are finished garment measurements. Measure your chest around the widest part front and back at the underarm, then choose your size according to how you like to wear them. The rash shirt are size to be be worn stretched.

To have a loose fitting shirt, pick two sizes larger than your measurement.
